Our Quality Assurance Team is the eyes and ears of the organization, verifying all live policy data through daily testing and routine quality checks. Their efforts ensure that our development, production, and service teams are performing at the highest level of excellence.

Quality Assurance also administers the extensive support for the agency management and independent agency systems provided in conjunction with our rating system. Agencies can assign permission-based access to the system's features for their agents, such as reporting, commissions, and binding authority. Users may also select their independent agency system to download policy data nightly. We currently support 14 system vendors, including DORIS, AMS, and Allied.

The team interacts with every stage of production. They are responsible for testing all new system enhancements, double-checking the accuracy of all live data, and acting as the primary liaison to our carrier clients.
