Lyle Vincent
President and COO
Lyle founded our company with a goal toward guiding us to the forefront of the insurance market at its inception in February 2003.
Prior to forming e-Ins, Lyle spent three years as Chief Information Officer of Westpoint Underwriters.
Lyle developed, designed, implemented, and managed Westpoint’s Internet-based policy management system.
His responsibilities included managing the IT department in addition to developing new software.
Lyle, as the leader of e-Ins, soon realized our company’s capabilities and potential while adding to that our staff’s vast knowledge base and resources and continues to strive to expand our opportunities in all aspects of the insurance processing industry.
Lyle has been developing software professionally for 17 years.
Mark Postier
VP Information Technology
Mark's primary roles with the company are in the areas of IT Management and Product Development.
Prior to coming to
e-Ins, Mark was employed with Westpoint Underwriters for one year.
As Senior Developer, Mark maintained Westpoint’s many internal programs.
His responsibilities included new product development, implementing new rates, and programming underwriting rules into the existing rating application.
Mark has been developing software professionally for 8 years.
Sheryl Jeffery
VP Operations
Sheryl joined e-Ins to direct the internal operations in November 2003.
Her primary role is overseeing all operations of the company – from processing and distribution through Flood, claims, service and accountability in all departments.
Her additional responsibilities include acting as the liaison with American Strategic Insurance Corp.
Prior to coming to e-Ins, Sheryl was employed at ASI where she was liaison with their processing vendor in 2001.
Sheryl spent 25 years with the Jerger Company.
At this large Florida MGA company, she held many positions from Underwriting Manager to Vice President of Operations.
Following Hurricane Andrew, Sheryl was one of seven executive underwriters to contribute to the writing and development of the new underwriting manual for Mobile Homeowners Insurance for the Florida FRPCJUA.
Stephanie Sullens
AVP Operations
Stephanie's responsibilities include IT policy processing, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Underwriting.
She has been with e-Ins since 2004.
Stephanie brings more then 20 years of experience in many different aspects of the insurance industry, including: policy processing, claims adjusting, Customer Service, Property and Causality Underwriting, and Processing Supervision.
More recently, she assumed additional responsibilities as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Manager and is now currently Assistant Vice President of Operations.
During her extensive experience in the insurance industry, she has become knowledgeable about all aspects of Mobile Homeowners, Homeowners, Dwelling, Umbrella, Commercial, and Flood insurance programs.
Stephanie has also been involved in the development of start-up companies, extensive policy program conversions, and continuing maintenance of quality standards for existing companies.
Cathy Fulle
Flood Product Coordinator
Cathy's responsibilities include policy processing, underwriting, compliance, and claims administration.
Joining e-Ins in 2008, she brings more than 25 years of rounded industry experience in agency operations, independent claims adjusting and the company side of policy operations and compliance.
She has managed Homeowner and Flood policy administration and processing operations – assisting both new start-up companies and developed well-run organizations.
Cathy was the Compliance Coordinator for the second largest Write Your Own flood carrier in the nation. She was instrumental in the FRPCJUA start up program, now Citizens Insurance Company.
Additionally, she has claims processing, adjusting, and examining experience for both daily and catastrophe operations.
Cathy currently holds a Florida 2-20 Agents Property and Casualty license, a Florida 5-20 Independent Adjusters license, is NFIP claims certified, has been a member of the National Association of Insurance Women and West Coast Claim Association.
Christian Buchter
Infrastructure Architect
Christian's responsibilities include the design, support, and upkeep of all e-Ins technical infrastructures, including but not limited to networking, hardware, systems, security, facilities, database, disaster recovery, and virtualization architecture.
He joined our company in late 2003 and was one of the core engineers in designing the technical infrastructure which helped to transform the company into an enterprise class operation.
Christian brings over 14 years of experience in IT to the table and worked as a consultant for 6 years prior to joining e-Ins.
He has worked at IBM, Microsoft, Time Warner Communications, Road Runner ISP, Northwest Airlines, and DuPont Chemicals, among others, and has parlayed this experience into helping to transform e-Ins into a technical gold standard for processing companies.
He has helped to launch cutting edge technological initiatives into the company, including state of the art virtualization, blade computing, network redundancy, DR operations, and fiber storage matrixes while always keeping security first and foremost among his priorities.
Christian is Cisco, Linux and Microsoft certified, and is moving towards acquiring his GSEC security certification to further enhance his value to the company.
Garrett Pless
Accounting Manager
Garrett is responsible for managing the day to day accounting operations for the company as well as providing agency accounting services for the company’s clients.
He is also responsible for understanding the compliance requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Financial Control Plan and the accounting procedures for accumulating and compiling the financial data for monthly financial statement reporting in compliance with the program.
Prior to joining e-Ins in 2008, Garrett was an auditor with a public accounting firm for four years where he was responsible for planning and performing audits of client financial statements for a variety of clients including, third party administrators for the NFIP and various Property and Casualty insurance companies.
